Enhance your search experience with Raffle. The Integration can be easily set up and ready for use fast.
Setup the Zendesk connection

Go to Zendesk and create an API token
2
Provide the Raffle Customer Success team with:
An email address
Tha API token
A Subdomain (https://<subdomain>.zendesk.com)
A list of the languages that should be indexed
Setup the Search Widget on the Zendesk Help site
As an administrator, go to the Zendesk Help Center and click on the Guide admin link.
Go to the Themes section and click Customize on the current theme.
Click the Edit code button at the bottom of the page.
Click on document_head.hbs to edit the theme's header.
Insert our code snippet in the editor and click the Publish button the save the changes.

<Your uuid> can be provided by Customer Success or found in the Raffle Webapp when editing your tool and clicking Install.
The Raffle Search Widget will now appear on the Help Center.
